General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1.       Availability, price calculation and booking

On our booking page, after entering the desired travel period, you will receive an overview of all available pitches with the respective number. After selecting the pitch, the number of people and dogs traveling with you, you will receive an exact price overview or an individual offer. In order to make a binding booking for the selected pitch and the offer, the contact details must first be entered. After checking the booking details in the overview, click on the ‚Book now‘ button - this completes the binding booking.

2.       Binding nature of the booking and validity of the cancellation conditions

As soon as the booking process described above has been completed, you have made a binding booking for the previously created offer with the corresponding pitch selection.

The following terms and conditions apply from this moment on:

    • up to 14 days before arrival: No cancellation fee
    • 13 to 4 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
    • from 4 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
    • In the event of late arrival, early departure or non-arrival, the full accommodation price will be charged.

3.       Deposit and payment methods

For each pitch reservation, 50% of the price of the stay will be charged. The local tax and/or booked extras - private bathroom, private space, private spa - are paid on the day of departure at the machine in our Smart Reception by card or in cash.

The down payment is made by means of:

    • Transfer to the following bank account:

      • SWIFT/BIC Code: REVOLT21

4.       Arrival and departure

Check-in is possible from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival. Check-out must take place on the day of departure by 12:00 noon at the latest. In the event of late arrival, early departure or non-arrival, the full accommodation price will be charged.
