RESERVATION CONDITIONS

Request and reservation

WRITTEN CONFIRMATION:
Your booking is only binding once you have received our written confirmation of reservation.

Pitches:
Pitches can be booked in the high season for a minimum stay of 7 nights in advance (low season without public holidays at least 3 nights).
Short-stay places are only allocated at short notice or directly on site.
The comfort pitch can only be occupied by one caravan/mobile home.

Pitch number request:
No pitch numbers can be reserved, we will only confirm the respective category. However, we will of course try to accommodate your request.

Bungalows:
The bungalows can always be booked from Saturday to Saturday. A deposit is required to reserve a bungalow. Bookings are possible from Saturday to Saturday. If available at short notice, stays of 3 nights or more are possible (not over the weekend).

Down payment

Only required for bungalows:
Payable within 7 days after confirmation, please in the name of the booking guest in the amount of € 150.00 per bungalow and week by bank transfer or Paypal. The booking and our confirmation are only binding upon receipt of the deposit.

Arrival and departure

CHECK-IN:
Pitches from 10:30 am
Bungalows from 14:30

CHECK-OUT:
Pitches and bungalows until 10:00 am

For arrivals after 18:00 we kindly ask you to inform us in advance by telephone. (Tel. +39 0473 476000)

Billing and return

Billing can only take place once all rental items such as rental bathroom keys, walking sticks, satellite cable etc. have been returned.
