CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life is sometimes unpredictable and plans can change. For this reason, we want to be as transparent and fair as possible about our cancellation policy. Cancellations are not ideal for either party, but we strive to find a balanced solution that takes into account both your needs and the requirements of our business.

Cancellation conditions

Legal framework

In accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code (CC) and the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005), you have no right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, we would like to accommodate you and offer you the following cancellation conditions:

Our cancellation fees

• More than 3 months before the arrival date: No cancellation fee
• 3 months to 1 month before the date of arrival: A fixed fee of €40.00 per pitch, €50.00 per private rental bathroom and €70.00 per bungalow
• 1 month to 2 weeks before the date of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
• 2 weeks to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price
• In the last week until 1 day before arrival: 90% of the agreed total price

Special circumstances

In the event of late arrival, early departure or non-arrival, the full accommodation price will be charged.

Why cancellation fees?

Cancellation fees are a necessary part of our business. They help us to cover the costs that have already been incurred for your booking in advance. We try to keep our prices fair and competitive and cancellation fees help us to maintain this standard. When a booking is canceled, it often means that we cannot find a replacement at short notice, especially in high season. Cancellation fees help us to partially compensate for this loss.

We recommend all our guests to take a Travel cancellation insurance should be considered. This can offer you additional protection and minimize the financial risks in the event of an unexpected cancellation.
